Is the circumference of your upper arm more than 32cm? (that's about 12 1/2 inches, so a lot of women who do more than a little working out will qualify as well as those of us with a little more flab than they want and virtually any man who doesn't have arms like twigs)
Well, this will be a necessity. If you want your monitor to measure your blood pressure correctly, that is. And after all, isn't that why you spent a significant amount of cash on an upper arm monitor in the first place?
Trust me, £10 quid or so is not a big deal, if you are getting accurate information out of it. ...
