    ontime rescue and recovery dealt with an unfortunate accident i had whilst on holiday in kent. unfortunately my car was very badly damaged and needed to be recovered to my home address in cheshire. they were called by the local police to assist and got to me very quickly, the driver was very polite and full of concern for my well being and having loaded my car he took me to thier base in aylesford where i was looked after by friendly staff. made a warm drink and allowed to sit in the warm in thier control room. they advised me that my insuarance would deal with all costs and even supplied me ... more

    My car was stolen and recovered by the police. It was picked up by Ontime. Was told it was not in a drivable condition, ignition was tampered with, etc. And as the insurer doesn't deal with vehicle recovery I had to deal with it myself. When I was able to travel down to their Hayes site to have a look at the car (would probably have to book a tow to take it to a shop), remove any little bits like CDs, maps, etc, which you use on a daily basis, the 'nice' people of Ontime wanted me to pay over £300 for 'storage' in order to release the car to me!     a car pulled out on me on a thursday. i was on motorbike seriously hurt . wasnt in formed by ontime until tuesday by mail where to collect from i was informed in the letter that i could collect it after the above date but within 21 days etc etc at £105 .00. BUT WHEN I RANG ON THAT DAY IT HAD GONE UPTO £145.00 I argued and the follwing day they put the price up again i was in the middle of giving card details and then they said theyd ring back this didnt happen . so 3 days later when talking to them they now wanted £245.00 i said i tried to pay sooner with a card but they said "we dont take ... more

    I am surprised to read the previous reviews regarding This company I had the missfortune to be involved in a car accident on the M20 and Ontime attended on behalf of Kent Police, They arrived at th acident within 20 minutes of being called and their Driver Richard helped My wife and my two young sons into his truck, He loaded our car onto his truchk and recovered us back to their base in Aylesford where we were offered a hot drink and shown where the toilets etc were. Richerd helped us get our personal belonging out of the car which was badly damaged and arranged a Taxi for us to get home. I ... more
