    Serious mass was recommended to me by my fitness trainer, because I had to get more weight, but on healthy way, not just with belly fat. I was 18years old 70.9 inches high and had 143lbs. My goal was to get to at least 165lbs, so I started using Serious mass. I took it 3 times a day (breakfast, after lunch, after training), 2scoops per serving. It has quite big scoop, so first week I started just with 1 scoop per serving. Each serving has 1250calories (50g proteins,252g carbohydrates) which is a lot, because normal human needs 2500 calories a day, so if you use Serious mass and don't work out ... more
