I believe this company has changed hands recently. The customer service of the new owners is very poor. I was sent an incorrect item last in 2008. I sent the item back to them by recorded delivery. They acknowledged the return and refunded me the original cost of the item. I am yet to be refunded for the cost of the postage of the item to myself or for the cost of sending the item back to them by recorded delivery. This is despite emailing them roughly 10 times. I've used overclock a few times, normally the items I purchase are slightly more expensive but it's worth it, they bend over backwards to please their customers. The only downside is their new menu structure on their web site, I preferred the old version, much easier to navigate, however, I've just checked it again so I could add to this review and they appear to have fixed it up so you can easily find what you need.
