Advantages: easy to use,clear instructions
Disadvantages: zoom lens not easy
A really neat compact little camera - ideal for snapshots, holiday pics etc. My daughter (13) had it sussed in minutes without the instructions - don't they make you feel inferior! Although after one flick through of the book I picked it up quite quickly.
Comes complete with everything you need to start you off.
Easy to use although difficult to zoom as this is done via the menu.
Free photo software was included which we have not downloaded, ...

Advantages: Simple to use, lots of features
Disadvantages: Poor quality pictures, flash is useless, no good in bad light
I bought this camera off ebay for £50 and added a 1gig SD memory card. This was an upgrade from my £10 Labtech 1.3Mega pixel and to be honest, the very basic £10 Labtech takes a far better quality picture.
Unless the lighting is perfect I found that this camera took a very poor quality picture, want to use it in a dim lit area - forget it.
The video and sound recording functions are handy, but again low quality results yielded from both.

Disadvantages: menu in german
will no doubt appear stupid by stating the obvious by buying a camera of ebay to find it was being shipped from germany, no problem so far, getting the booklet wasnt really helpful, and it is a bit finicky whether in german or english but the menu on the camera itself is german, not good if you dont speak the language, so just be careful when editing and moving around the menu or you can easliy delete ALL your pics in press of a button. having deleted ...

Disadvantages: None focus view point
...normal photo cameras. The PRAKTICA DCZ 3.2 S is a really nice and easy use camera for beginners in the digital camera area. The resolution and the picture qualities are really good. I took 45 pictures in 1280-960 resolution. The movies are good but without voice. Actually there are some difficulties;
1-) For focusing you have to use the LCD screen, in brighter days you can have problems looking thru it,
