There is nothing I love better then lying by the pool on a much deserved holiday with a good book. 'PS, I Love You' was Cecelia Ahern's first novel, and was published in 2004. It is relatively long at 503 pages, yet this book is easy to read, and does not take long. It is an easy and light distraction for real life, as is the purpose of 'chick lit' novels. I picked up this book in my local Asda store for little more than £3. I'm not sure entirely what drew me to the book, as I wouldn't normally pick one up with the type of cover it had.
