Advantages Advantages fast, good storage space, dvd and cd writer

    Disadvantages Disadvantages not many

(sorry I made a small mistake, I paid £300 for 3 years extra insurance and not £200 for 2 years insurance) I’ve not been here for a while and I must admit I am a bit rusty at writing these opinions. Please make any suggestions you can for me to improve this opinion. In the past few weeks away from this place I had been very busy typing up numerous college assignments and coursework’s. The amount of work I had to complete meant that I had to spend a lot more time than normal sitting in my bedroom at my desktop computer, typing to some music or to the sound of those repetitive cockneys in ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages No network card and TV out cable included

Deciding upon a laptop was a very difficult task. There are so many different ones to choose from and it seems that you can never find one which has everything you require. As money was no object i.e it was a birthday present, I chose this laptop (Packard Bell Easy One Silver 3210) based on the features and its appearance. At £1299 it is not the cheapest around but for all that it offers I believe it is worth it. Let me give you a list: Intel celeron 1.2GHz 256Mb RAM 20Gb Hard drive 14.1" TFT screen DVD/CD-R drive Modem Battery Life 2.5hrs Colour - Silver Weight - 3.4kg Windows XP Although I ... more

Advantages Advantages Loud Speakers, Good Display & Sound, Reliable

Disadvantages Disadvantages Battery life short, no built in Wifi, upside down USB ports.

I use this for school, college, and uni work. I bought it 8 years ago, with only 256 MB ram, and 20 GB hard drive, 1.2 ghz, never given me any trouble at all, has never visited the computer shop, it has a wheel on the side for volume control which is very easy to use, it has very loud and good quality speaker, it has a good quality LCD screen too. It has a CD and DVD drive, and it even burns dvds, for an old laptop that's good! It has translucent keyboard keys, and they are lit up which is well cool, (actually i cant remember if i had the lights on the keys put it in, i might've but don't ... more

    Advantages Advantages v. fast,

    Disadvantages Disadvantages heavy

Very girly and pretty. it is quite heavy and therefore is not that practical when carrying to lectures or work. Very quick, sat memory which slows computer down when too much is being stored e.g games. Useful for connecting to internet, can be used anywhere. Cheaper than most for spec that product offers and silver colour was probably what appealed to me most. Could be improved which will happen when upgraded. I would recommend if potential user will get full use from the system. Even though they look great, only purchase a laptop if you need to use away from home. The expense and power ... more
