Advantages: Good looks and robust feel make this a definite improvement. Useful and reliable smartphone. Disadvantages: Irritating on/off switch. Can be confusing at first.
Palm have always been known for their business phones and the centro does not disappoint. It is much less bulky and easier to hold than previous models and may therefore appeal to the more style conscious business person.
The Centro retains the same operating system as previous Palm's and this can be a little confusing at times, it is not especially flash and often looks rather retro however it is a solid system which works well. The camera is not ... ...each contact.
One small issue is that the on/off button can be pressed unintentionally but again it is simply a case of getting used to it!
Overall the Palm Centro is a good, durable and useful phone which will without doubt help manage a busy schedule and life ...

Advantages: qwerty keyboard, touch screen, cool features Disadvantages: sometimes turns off when put in a pocket, not the best reception
I love my palm centro, yet sometimes( because of the phone design) I will accidentaly turn the phone funtion off and miss an important call or message. The qwerty keyboard is very easy to use and is not hard on the tips of ones fingers like some other qwerty keyboards. I do not like that one cannot dial while being in other parts of the phone besides being in the "phone" program, yet i do like how once a number is put on speed dial the speed dial ...

Advantages: Many different features. Disadvantages: Hard to get use to.
I really enjoy owning a Palm Centro. The features can help any busy person get organized with a calender, email, and detailed contacts list. It's difficult to use at first until you get used to working the phone. I would suggest reading the manual once you get it. I like that you can catagorize your favorite applications into one folder so they are all there for you to use instead of searching. The picture quality is not excellent but ok for a phone. ...
