...just bought a pack of Pampers baby wipes at an outrageous price of £2.99 from our local garage. Well for that price I had hoped it would have been certainly worth it, but I was going to find out how wrong I was.
You see I’m an Asda girl and normally go for the fragrance free Asda baby wipes and they work brilliantly. So for a top brand such as Pampers, I was expecting greatness.
THE PACKAGING
The vibrant green chunky package had the Pampers logo ... ...was. Next to that was a cute picture of a mother holding her darling little baby.
On the front and side of the packaging was a cute picture of either a duck or a teddy bear that informed you that this pack of baby wipes holds 72. Not bad.
On the back of the packet was a complete mumble jumble of foreign languages. It’s not that I grudge that they were made for ease of everyone, but I think anyone trying to read this would get confused, (English ...

Advantages: Soft, strong and they're actually quite long! Disadvantages: Box is too bulky but the sticker doesn't stick!
"Thick moist Pampers baby wipes - with a new mild lotion to care for your baby." I was inspired to write this by an opinion I just read on Tesco Value wet wipes - the author was most displeased with that particular brand! I have tried and tested quite a range of wet wipes/baby wipes. I'd tried Huggies - was quite impressed but not enough to make them my 'regular' brand; Tesco's own (not Value) - very disappointed, they ripped with every wipe; Boots ... ...a two-for-one offer on the Pampers Baby Wipes. They're really, really soft but still strong, they smell lovely, they clean well, they do what they should! But I must admit, if you don't get these wipes with a voucher or BOGOF they are rather expensive - in Boots more so than Tesco. OK, bit of a price comparison:- Tesco: Pampers Baby wipes 72 - In a plastic tub £3.59 Pampers Baby wipes 72 - Refill £2.28 Huggies Cotton Touch Wipes 64 - Refill £2.28 ...

...seem to go back to pampers wipes. Of all the brands I’ve used, pampers wipes aren’t necessarily the thickest or the most moist but they are the best ones I’ve come across. They come in two pack sizes – packs of 80 (these are usually the refills for the tubs that you buy) and they also provide travel packs that include 24 wipes (brilliant for when you’re out and about). The packs of 80 cost around £2.99 which isn’t ... ...wipes on, I found that pampers wipes id a really good job. They were of average size for the thicker type of wipes – the smaller ones really aren’t worth the bother. The smell of these wipes isn’t in any way synthetic or ‘chemical’ as is easy to find with some brands. The smell is quite delicate and fresh – not at all overpowering. There’s nothing worse than having a smelly nappy to contend with (believe ...

...green borders, with the name Pampers at the top, and the word sensitive across the middle. It also has a symbol declaring that the wipes contain Chamomile and Aloe. Also the wipes are made of 95% pure water, making them ultra soft and sensitive to your baby's skin. PAMPERS
Pampers are a well known and baby friendly company, so even though i keep trying different wipes I find myself always going back and buying pampers.
There are manydifferent wipes in the pampers brand. Looking on the shelves you will see the following:
Pampers Sensitive - Hypoallergenic Wipes, Pampers Baby Fresh Wipes, Pampers Unscented - Natural Aloe Wipes,
Pampers Calming Lavender Wipes,
Pampers Skin Soothing Moisture Wipes,

THE PRODUCT
The packaging the Sensitive wipes come in is White with the Pampers green logo in the left hand corner. On the right hand side of the pack there is a loving picture of a mum cuddling her baby and looking into his eyes, which straight away captures any new mums attention. Then on the bottom left hand corner it says how many wipes are in the pack.
The pack is really easy to open as the sticker ...

...be happy with them!
Pampers baby wipes cost me £1.49 for 72 baby wipes. On the whole, it's not a bad price. The wipes come in a light green kind of plastic packet with a mother and baby on the front, along with the Pampers name and a little yellow rubber duck. On the back and side you will see lots and lots of writing in all different languages. Look for the English. Believe me, it's there somewhere!
There is an easily re-sealable flip where you ... ...back it says 'Thick moist pampers baby wipes - with a mild lotion to care for your baby' - although I don't know what the mild lotion is they used.
Once you have applied the wipe to your skin, I found that it does leave your skin feeling soft and sweet smelling. Unlike the other wipes I had, it didn't leave me feeling sticky and wanting to wash myself afterwards. It left me feeling clean and fresh. There is no skin drying alcohol in these wipes.

...my favourite has to be Pampers as it fulfils most of the above requirements, save for the pulling out of the bag thing – you can sometimes tug two at a time. They are the right consistency, and are pretty soft for you babe’s botty. I have yet to re-acquaint myself with Johnson’s, but Pampers (like the nappies) seem the best. Baby wipes have other uses…
If you are out with the young children and decide to buy your toddler a chocolate bar and said bar ends up all over face and hands, pull out a wipe and clean the mess away with ease. This can be used to other messy situations too. They can be a kiddie’s plaything too, where they can use them with their dolls.
Overall…
Strong.
Nice smell.
Right consistency.
But a bit pricey as there are cheaper ...

Ok I've have got 2 young children who are in nappies and love giving me lovely pressies (if you know what i mean.lol) my middle daughter is 2 and my youngest is 1, I did use them for my other daughter when she was small and still think they are great. They do the job really well. -----------------

Well the packaging is a plastic bag type with a reseal pull off sticky flap, but I have noticed that this does sometimes ... ...out and when you still have loads of wipes left it does get a bit anoying, so i have started keeping them in a wipes box (the proper boxes you can buy) this then stops them from drying out as the lid is really tight unless you leave it open in which case they will go dry. The colours of the packets are different, there are 2 sorts of wipes you can get either normal which is in a green packet or sensitive which is in a white packet.

We buy Pampers nappies a a general rule, but we have used many different brands of wipes, including plain water and cotton wool homemade type wipes.

Indeed, her bottom is the most trouble free it has ever been, and the wipes are good value, as I have yet to use more than 2 wipes at a change, no matter how poopy she has been. ...
