MONEY DOWN THE TOILET (YES, A BUM WIPE REVIEW)
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by magdadh

Advantages: wipes the bum cleaner ans surer than the dry toilet paper
Disadvantages: horrendously expensive, unnecessarily perfumed

...employing clever technology people at Pampers to invent a special kind of water-soluble wipe fibres (there is no indication of that on the packet), clever marketing people at Pampers decided to cut normal, thinnish wipes in half, outsourced a lab assistant to conduct a series of experiments to determine how many of such pieces can be actually flushed in one go (they advise against using more than 5, not that I can see any need) and then marketed them ... Hee Haw
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by Nar

Advantages: none
Disadvantages: none

Hello and welcome to the review that should have been here. It was here but its not here now as I have taken it and put it into my private stash somewhere else. It may well appear somewhere else online and if it does it will have my name on it. Thank you to everyone, to all the people in my COT over the years who have stuck by me and who have been great influences over the reviews I have written. It is indeed a sad case that reviewers have to come ... Read review

Diamond review   I KANDOO IT TOO!!
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by ilusvm

Advantages: clean well, soft, fun dispenser, encourage independance, flushable
Disadvantages: the smell of the wipes, cost

...using the potty we used pampers baby wipes to clean his bottom but as these cant be flushed down the toilet it meant we had to find an alternative. We saw the catchy adverts on TV for Kandoo wipes and they seemed ideal, especially as they were made by pampers which is a brand we had always found to have products of high quality so the next time we went to Asda we brought some and my brother has been using them ever since! - PACKAGING - Now ... Keep the peachy feeling
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by Flissy

Advantages: Creates independence with little mess
Disadvantages: A bit pricey

...try new ideas... So when Pampers brought out new KanDoo wipes for children at toilet time I thought I would give them a go – well I thought I would ask my little 3-year-old, Charlie, to give them a go. Now Charlie is totally toilet trained as you would expect from most 3-year-olds but when it came to the “big” toilet he didn’t really like getting his hands dirty so to speak. I realised that what with him starting nursery – he wouldn’t always have ... Read review

Kan he do it, He'd better at this price!
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by lisa8871

Advantages: Easy for children to use
Disadvantages: Can be expensive

My youngest was a nightmare to toilet train. You see he suffers from second child syndrome. He learnt at an early age that he could get everyone to do everything for him! And toilet training was no different, when he did start finally going to the loo on his own he refused to wipe his own bottom and would call us to do it. We tried all sorts of tricks including bribery but he was and still is very stubborn, and then the other half came home with these. ... Read review

she kandoo it now (all the time)
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by chizzie

Advantages: pleasant smelling, bright packaging for kids, catchy tv advert
Disadvantages: can be expensive

I am a sucker for new gadgets and gizmos and when I first saw the tv advert for kandoo my daughter was so mesmerised that I decided that I would give them a go. Don't get me wrong - she can go to the loo all by herself but occasionally gets very lazy and there is nothing worse when you have just sat down with a nice cuppa when you get the shout - "mum - come and wipe my bum". Off we set up the local high street - first stop our local 'Bodycare' ... Read review

Kandoo can't do poo!
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by Shortsharpshock

Advantages: Box is well designed and serves purpose.
Disadvantages: Wipes stink, dry out and are too flimsy. Horrendously expensive.

...wipe negates this. Perhaps, in Pampers attempts to make Kandoo toilet wipes, "Your little one's first toilet tissue" they should have remembered to incorporate some of the things that make their baby wipes so effective i.e. ridges and thickness. As it is the wipes are flimsy, non-absorbent and too small. The wipes themselves are also not exactly kind to my daughter's bottom I presume due a rather large amount of additional fragrancing. The smell ... Read review

'Mummy, I kandoo it!'
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by kingfisher111

Advantages: easy to use
Disadvantages: none

Toilet training is a big step for any child and obviously some take to it quicker than others. Most people start off encouraging their little ones to use a potty before moving on to the big toilet! Once my daughter was trained using the potty she was very happy to use this although for some reason she was quite reluctant to then move on to using the toilet, especially at home. I had seen Kandoo wipes in quite a number of her small friends' houses ... Read review

He KanDoo it himself
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by Angelclo

Advantages: Kids will love them
Disadvantages: Your wallet will hate them

...so bad now but when Pampers recently brought out their new KanDoo wipes, I was first in the queue to pick some up. To be honest, I did have a valid reason for buying them. My four year old is a typical male. He takes a book into the bathroom when he needs to go and can spend up to 20 minutes sitting on the loo with no sound other than the occasional grunt. The respite from his incessant chatter is great but this habit of his was costingme a small ... Read review

Its great when the kids Kandoo it
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by meggie1

Advantages: flushable and the kids love to use them
Disadvantages: none

Hooray for Kandoo Toilet Wipes! They are such a great idea. Soft, gentle, fragrant and the children love to use them. When my daughter was four years old she really struggled with her bottom wiping especially when she started school. I was beginning to worry that she would never have the confidence to wipe her own bottom. She worried about how much toilet paper to use, whether it would end up on her fingers, ugh! I think she just didn’t want ... Read review

Kandoo, no, make that Kan-don't toilet wipes
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by lynnephillips

Advantages: Easy to use
Disadvantages: Everthing else

...review. The product is made by Pampers and available, well, everywhere. I cannot believe how expensive these things are. The tub we were given cost £2.94 in Tesco and contains a pack of 60 wipes. A refill pack costs £2.69. I brought a pack of 12 toilet rolls in Tesco today for £3.94 which will last for ages. If my daughter uses an average of 4 wipes per day (she's at school) then a tub will only last 15 days. How un economical is that. The ... Read review

Pampers KanDoo a bum deal?
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by cootuk

Advantages: moist wipes for tiny bums
Disadvantages: can cause blockages as take time to decay

...had good experiences with other Pampers products, and these seemed like a good product to keep the little one's bum fresh. Quite often these are featured in 2 for 1 offers at our local supermarkets, so prices vary depending what offer you can get. They come in a sturdy plastic box, with refills available. The refills are small enough to take along on outings for general use as well as botty-wiping duties. They are described as flushable and biodegradable- ... Read review

Great smelling wipes to help with potty training!
Review of Pampers KanDoo Toilet Wipes by danielleholly

Advantages: Encourage child to clean themselves correctly, great fragrance
Disadvantages: Sometimes can be pricey but good when on offer

These wipes were a god-send for my daughter when she was potty training. They are easy to dispense, a lot easier than toilet roll which would get trailed along the bathroom floor! They helped to make my daughter feel more important because she could wipe herself without me needing to help. They are nice and wet, not dry so really clean the area too! They smell great which i think is an important factor for little ones and they have a good variety ... Read review
