I'm Forever changing nappies,!!

Advantages: good quality in smaller sizes, good customer service
Disadvantages: pricey, can leak in larger sizes, small sizing

...I have always used Pampers Premium nappies as my main nappy and have very rarely had any problems, although there have been a few hiccups. Let me tell you about them... I vividly remember that when Ellie, who is 5 now was about 5 months old Pampers decided to change their nappies. They brought out the 'New Improved' pampers premiums. BIG MISTAKE for me or should I say Ellie. They had added a substance which I believe was for freshness in the lining ...
...me using the new improved pampers ellie had developed what looked like a burn all over her nappy area which then quickly spread down onto her upper thighs. I called out the health visitor and she was stumped because it was plainly not nappy rash so I ended up taking ellie to my gp because by day 5 it looked absolutely horrendous and ellie was constantly screaming from the pain. I was gobsmacked to learn that ellie had had an allergic reaction to ...

Dry Bums Pampers what else !!!!

Advantages: Happy bums
Disadvantages: Expensive

...of me always always using pampers with my daughter now 3 years of age and my mothers always swear by Pampers so they were always used on, so when I was carrying my Daughter and Son when I knew I was out of danger zone, every time I would do my food shopping I would buy Pampers to get stocked up (like others baby products) With my daughter I always found they great easy absorbed and no leaks and I don't know if it was luck but I can honestly say ...
...respect my wishes and use pampers on him which I have notice they have I also bring them into the hospital (so I am happy) PRICE All of Pampers nappies are around £5.65 per pack regardless of the size. Which changes in price if you buy them when deals are on at the super market or buy them in bulk which again brings down the price making it cheaper (happy mums as we all know how much and how expensive these are). Instead of the price changing as ...

My Bum Is Soft

Advantages: Great. Baby stops dry and no more sore bums. Wide range.
Disadvantages: None

I have been using Pampers now for over 3 years now. When I was pregnant with my son everyone told me that Pampers where the best and that there was no other nappy that comes close to Pampers. Ok I thought. Every baby magazine I picked up or brought had either Pampers or Huggies in. So I opted for Pampers. I have only used Huggies once as there was no Pampers in the shop that was the size we wanted. Though I carried on using the pack up as the days ...
...and a bear. Pampers do quite a large range of different nappies and styles to suit even the most sensitive bums. SIZES & RANGE. Newborn. These as you could tell are for new born babies. The nappy is a tad boring compared to the rest of the Pampers range. These are basically white with a yellow trim and also the pictures on the waistband. These do not come with flexile sides like the baby dry do now. These are also hard to miss as the packs are ...

Pampers Active Fit - a Perfect Fit

Advantages: great fit, stretchy waistband and very absorbent
Disadvantages: expensive compared to other brands

...I found that the Pampers didn't fit very well for my newborn as he was premature and quite tiny. I bought another brand once I had finished my stockpile - a supermarket brand which was cheaper but a better fit. Now that my son is 7 months old and quite a little wriggler the supermarket brands are hopeless. I now use Pampers Active Fit after try out various big name and supermarket brands. Pampers Active Fit come in a green and purple plastic packet ...
...in the morning but with Pampers Active Fit this has never happened. He sleeps 12 hours at night so I need to be able to rely on his nappy to do its job. Pampers Active always does. During the day they are equally effective for both numbers one and two. They also keep nappy rash at bay by keeping any moisture away from the skin. All in all Pampers Active Fit is the best nappy I have tried. I would recommend it to anyone. ...

WATCH YOUR PEES AND POOS

Advantages: Just pull them up and off they toddle, easy to remove, less fighting to get on then normal nappies
Disadvantages: NONE

...a wiggling, walking toddler? Well Pampers have just added to the choice of nappies which are now available, especially for toddlers. Pampers have been one of the leading nappy sellers since disposable nappies came on the market have just solved the most annoying problem since nappy rash. Yes, its a pull up nappy for toddlers. To the new parent its hard to think that small babe who is so dependent can suddenly change into a squirming, screaming walker ...
...time. So what makes these pampers easy-up nappies special? A traditional disposable nappy which you lay out, put baby's bottom on the back half , fold the front half over and do up with two tabs, either Velcro or sticky tabs. This strategy is fine until they start crawling, wiggling and crawling about. Easy-up nappies can be used after 10 months of age and comes in two sizes, maxi and Junior . Ideally Easy Up nappies can be used when babe is crawling ...

Advantages: Superior materials, will stick time after time, attractive cartoon waistband!
Disadvantages: A little pricey, depending on your budget, can leak but usually only if not properly fitted.

...could ever afford to buy Pampers nappies but of course as soon as she arrived she was suddenly catapulted (although not quite literally; actually I dont know about that, the birth WAS quite traumatic!) to the top of the list of most precious things in the world today. And still is, although treading a very fine line!! So that was it, throw away the bags of shops own brands that we had bought (we actually gave them away!) and rush down to the shops ...

...will be mostly writin about Pampers Active Fit nappies. The Spiel *********** Pampers Active Fit claims to provide a perfect fit nappy for your baby. This is due to the stretchiest sides (is that a word) you can buy and super grip tapes. The size of nappy required is decided as usual by the weight of your ...
...money. However, I will only be talking about the maxi version as they are the only ones we have experienced (15-40lbs). Price wise they are expensive at £8.99 for 46(around 18p each) even compared to Huggies super flex (the rival brand) however for sheer effectiveness they are worth it. The design ************* You may have gathered I am sold on this product but let me start to explain why. Design wise the packaging for the nappies is the usual ...

why does poo have to happen

Advantages: they dont leak and they absorb runny poo
Disadvantages: they still have to be changed!!!

...why I think the new pampers are the best. The first plus with them is the size. They really do fit small babies! Some of the others stated that they did, but were actually far too big. The pampers nappies had a good fit, with room for a bigger baby but able to close up tightly for a smaller baby. They say they fit from 4lbs to 11lbs in weight, which seems to allow for even premature babies. Secondly, the tabs are re-sealable. Whilst this is a feature ...
...did reseal – every time. This saved me from having to throw away nappies that I had checked and found didn’t need changing ( it doesn’t happen often, I know!) Thirdly, the price is really comparative with 24 nappies costing just over £3.00 in most places. Because they actually work, you have to change them slightly less often and because they don’t leak, babies clothes need changing less often which saves money on detergent ...

...i have been using pampers nappies and other pampers products for many years, my eldest child is 10 and my youngest is 3. Go on... Pamper yourself.

Advantages: Good quality, leak free, comfy...
Disadvantages: The price

...I have to say that Pampers are the best, by far. The midnight test is always the most important when it comes to changing a brimming nappy. Picture the scene: we are fast asleep and dreaming of times when we were able to sleep the night away. We are cushioned in our beds, all happy and content… then… Waah waah… We stir… is this some kind of dream? Waah whaahh whaah… No, it is not a dream. It is the baby and he wants feeding. Now, having a family ...
...why I like Pampers. Pampers do seem to absorb pee and pooh better than the others do, and this means that is takes longer to get a leaking nappy. The leg braces are pretty sturdy. They fit snugly to baby and the ‘Velcro like’ side fastenings are easy to use and can be resealed, for when you have a sneak look to see if there are any ‘present.’ Baby seems to be more comfortable in Pampers. They are quite expensive, however, being the dearest on the ...

Beware of the rash

Advantages: None if your child has a bad reaction to them
Disadvantages: can cause a nasty rash

...best. I presumed Pampers were the best, I had seen their advertisements and a few family members had used Pampers nappies with their children and rated them quite highly. So that, to me, was the obvious route to take. ...long time before I used Pampers again. This time he was roughly 11 – 12 months old when I tried the Pampers Playtimes. The reaction to these was not as bad as the original Pampers but bad enough for me to write a strong worded letter of complaint to Pampers. They to be fair were helpful as best they could by asking for more information i.e, where the rash was most predominant etc. They also sent me vouchers to re-reimburse me for what I had ...

Review of Pampers Baby Dry

Advantages: Thin, abosrbent, does a great job, no leaks
Disadvantages: Quite Expensive

I have been using Pampers Baby Dry since my son was around 5 months old, and I think they have let me down on just 3 occasions, which is pretty good going considering he is now 16 months old! *Pampers* Pampers nappies have been around since 1961, making them 46 years old. They began with pins in the sides instead of sticky tabs, which were not introduced until the 1970's. The 80's saw the biggest change of Pampers, with the nappies being made thinner, ...
...and blue for boys but Pampers returned to Unisex nappies again at the end of the decade. Pampers standards have remained the same since then, and they have kept improving the nappies with the additions of a sleep Layer, and Caterpillar flex, which I will go into more detail about a little further on. *Pampers Baby Dry* Pampers Baby Dry have changed a couple of time in the relatively short time I have been using them so I will do the review with ...

Pampers Gave My Baby A Spotty Botty.

Advantages: A good quality nappy that keeps baby dry and doesn't leak.
Disadvantages: Nappy rash.

...luck with them. So Pampers it was. The size that I needed was the Midi pack, this was for 9-20lb babies. Priced at £5.65 they were the same price as my regular brand of nappies and at that time they also had 15% extra free in the packs which meant I got 44 nappies for my money. Quite pleased with my bargain I finished my shopping and went home. So changing time came, at first glance the Pampers nappies looked and felt pretty much the same as my ...
...I'd use some of the Pampers that I had left for a day or two until I felt well enough to go out again. Big mistake, again the following day the rash was back, his bottom looked red raw and his tummy was all pimply. Neddless to say I binned the rest of the pack and dragged myself off to the shops to buy him some of his usual nappies. I think we were just unlucky as I know that a lot of people use these nappies with no problems. Had it not been for ...

...(well, my daughter is) a Pampers Active Fit addict. We have tried many different brands over the 10 months since she was born, but time and time again we come straight back to Pampers Active Fit. They pride themselves with the stretchy sides, and I believe this is what makes this nappy unbeatable. The nappies themselves have cute little designs on them, like elephants doing various activities. The panels of the nappy are purple, which makes them stand out and look far more attractive and colourful than any other nappy, in my opinion. As I mentioned, we have tried ...
