Advantages: The VEIRA link gives the Panasonic DMR the best picture qualities for products of it's kind. Disadvantages: The connections liable to disturbanced by movement of the DMR; the handbook too complicated!

Only one glitch; the HDMI will not operate without interference, but that may just be in my area- I truly can't say.
