Advantages: Its cheap! Disadvantages: It isnt the smallest that u can get
I got my phone for christmas on Vodafone Pay-as-you-go, this a good thing as you can tell exactly how much you are spending and its also really easy to top up, with most shops stocking the top up cards. The phone its self isnt the smallest that you can get but its also not the biggest, it can fit into your pocket. The phone has the popular text messaging service that is liked by most teenagers as it is secret and discrete. The phones variety of rings ...

Advantages: vibrating mode. Disadvantages: it has five ringtones and looks like a brick.
When I first got this phone in January 1999 I thought it would be a good first phone and would be easy to use. It certainly lived up to my expectations. Comparing this to my friend’s phones this was crap. Most of the needed stuff and tools where on there but none of the flash stuff, I mean come on how do you impress the girls now. With its five ringtones and matching MSG alerts you look cool, yeah right. The good thing would be the vibrating part. ...

Advantages: Vibration alert, easy to use Disadvantages: No clock or alarm
I think this is a great and different little phone. One of the main things that attracted me to it was the vibration (bzzzzz!) alert. Great for if you are in a noisy pub and you wouldn't hear it ring. Cosmetically it is a nice shade of blue - awwww matches my eyes! Which makes a change from black of my last few phones. And it is light and slim, although it is not the shortest of phones.
The screen is very large which means you get a lot of text ... ...a one button touch for the phone book and a large navigation button which makes going through the functions easy. I am generally very happy with it. However the only disadvantages I see with it are: It doesn't have a clock or alarm, takes 2 hours to charge (my last phone took 90 minutes) and you cannot make / choose your own ring tones like many Nokia phones. But that is a small disadvantage. ...

Advantages: Easy to use, vibrate alert, small and light. Disadvantages: No games, lacking in ringtones.
I brought the Panasonic G520 on Vodafone Pay as You Talk quite recently costing me only £39.99. It is quite a small phone and is easy to use. It has one touch access to the phone book and an easy navigation system.
Extras include a Vibrate Alert. The screen is big enough to fit three lines of text so you aren't forever scrolling through when reading text messages. The screen gives you information on battery life, signal strength and the ability ...

Advantages: great security measures Disadvantages: rather big and only 80 hours standby.
I love the colour of the phone, Instead of beong boring black it comes in a snazy blue colour, I think that his was the main reason why I bought this phone apart from the price £49.99.
I find the phone really simple to use, I love the 6 ring tones they are so different to other phones, so you know when yours is ringing!
It has great security features you can put a pin and phone lock on your phone so others cannot access your details like messages, ...

...in car charger with the Panasonic G520. DON'T
This is a great phone and is one of the best value pay as you go phones. If you are tempted to save a bit of cash and go for a cheap in car charger just don't. I bought an in car charger from LINK and it fried the phone within a day. Symptoms were turning itself off at random intervals (sometimes only minutes).
I bought another one and used a genuine Panasonic charger and have had no problems with it. ...

Advantages: Cheap, lightweight, excellent ease of use, large screen, many beneficial features not included on other phones Disadvantages: Small number of ring tones.
An excellent lightweight phone, suitable for those on a low budget but better value than a lot of the more expensive models.
It has several feature as standard which are excellent: including Vibration alert and numbered key lock which prevents a thief making any calls even if the phone is left on. It is also one of the easiest phones i have ever used.
The only critism of this phone is the lack of ring tones. It is also short on features like games. ...

Advantages: nice and slim line. Disadvantages: not enough ring tones
I first bought this phone for my girlfriend and now i suddenly have it. The first thing that made me purchase this phone was it's appearence, i thought that it was by far the best looking phone in the shop. The nice colour of blue and the menu button, which is a round circular bit on the top of the phone, to me really stands out. The vibrating sound is really good and is very useful. But then that's where the biggest disadvantage comes in - the ring ...

...the battery goes very quickly, Panasonic claim that you should get 2 hours talk time with a charged up battery but I've experienced 90 mins then the battery needs recharging. The phone does have 'Vibration Alert' so you can put the phone in your pocket without others knowing that you're answering the phone, (especially good on public transport). It also has a 'Key guard' so you won't accidently call 999 and make a fool of yourself!
The phonebook ... ...function where you can press 1 to 9 on your pad and will call the number that is stored on the relevent number. There are only 5 ring tones on this phone and you can't compsose your own tunes. And finally you can send text messages (SMS) to any UK mobile phone. ...
