Sexy and feature-packed

Advantages: Feature-Packed
Disadvantages: Only 2 games which are rather dull

...me by buying me a Panasonic DG67, weighing in at a mid-range £99.99. I was so impressed with her choice that I decided to write a review on this featured-packed phone which, I think, represents excellent value. • An Over-View and The Technical Stuff • Standby Time - 190 Hours Talk Time - 390 Mins What this means is that you get 2/3 days of light usage before having to re-charge (a task that takes little more than an hour. In summary the main ...

Compared to the brick I used to own, at 81g this phone does not pull my trousers down when I carry it around in my pocket. • The Look • (9/10) This is a silver handset which looks fairly stylish. There is a changeable transparent back, in which you can insert any of the 6 free inserts or creature your own to personalise the phone. Some may find this a bit ...

Wee Beastie

Advantages: Lightweight,Lots Of Functions, Value for money!!!
Disadvantages: That blkoody clock on clour backgrounds

After getting rather bored with my old Samsung A300 I decided it was time for something new which waste to expensive, so after a bit of shopping I bought one of these icle beasties. The phone itself is small and thin. It is metallic silver and depending on the network the phone is on you can get different coloured covers on the front. It is nice to look at and is very light, it’s the kind of phone you can carry in your pocket and forget that you ...

I personally find this no problem however I do know some people who have problems with joysticks on there phones as they find the menus hard to negotiate with it. Changeable covers are not available for this phone however there is a photo insert back which means that back of the phone is clear and you can ...

You can save them onto the SIM card, but the mobile itself hold up to 300 entries. I find the mobile phonebook easy to browse through so I keep my friends in there, as the SIM phonebook comes with important information numbers stored in such as check balance and voicemail. The 'Games' section is a let down. You would ...

Go Panasonic Go

Advantages: You can record your own ringtones
Disadvantages: texting is a pain

So I fancied a change of phone, my motorola was beginning to look a little dated (although I loved it to bits - Timeport 250, lovely, but I digress) so off I popped to my local Carphone Warehouse. I wanted a colour screen and polyphonic ringtones (so easily pleased) and all the other fiddly bits I didn't really care about. I also didn't want a Nokia cos it's Finnish and ... well I've been to Finland and who wants to support that particular economy??! ...
...I got the gorgeous GD67. At first I was impressed at how light it was (81g), then I liked the way it felt in my hand and it fitted just perfectly in the top pocket of my fave denim jacket, my old phone stuck out a bit.(Dimensions:109 x 45 x 20 mm) Then after reading the booklet (yeah I know, I'm a saddo) I started to get excited. You can record two ringtones! I read some of the previous opinions and one of them said that the recorded ringtones are ...

My 1st panasonic, won't be my last.

Advantages: very light and easy to use
Disadvantages: Not very robust

My Motorola T191 was broken (just outside the warranty) so I had to get a new phone. I browsed the various web sites….Orange, Vodaphone, Argos, index, T-Mobile, The Carphone Warehouse. I was looking for 3 main things, a phone that can hold more than 10 text messages, capacity for more than 100 phone numbers and polyphonic ringtones. I was with T-Mobile so checked their web site first, but they had nothing affordable that I liked. I also visited ...
...remembered Virgin, after browsing for a while I found just the phone at the right price. It cost me £99.99 with £15 airtime and I am delighted with it. You manoeuvre round the menu using a joystick, which can actually move faster than I am expecting it, shooting past the particular choice I want which can be a pain but I can live with that. The phone is not very large and extremely light almost toy like. It’s a trendy silver and grey colour with ...

...Overall, though, I'm very pleased with this phone. Panasonic have produced a handset that's ground-breaking and intuitive, with many unusual features, for a very reasonable price. The price you'll pay is the lack of compatibility with the much more popular Nokias, but, hey, you want to stand out don't you? ...

...decided to go for the Panasonic hoping it would deliver the goods. Now the juicy info on the phone you’ve been waiting for… The GD67 incorporates the use of a joystick to select the menu and serves as the main function selector or scrolling tool. I’m just saying this is a great leap from a simple phone so be prepared! Also, when you send a message it is then saved in your outbox. ...

It's nice but already out-of-date

Advantages: Colour screen, polyphonic ringtones, fairly easy to use
Disadvantages: Can't find ringtones, manual is misleading

I got my Panasonic GD67 only 2 weeks after it was released here in the UK. It was made obsolete within another 2 weeks or so by the GD87. So why did I buy it? It was the cheapest phone with a colour screen and polyphonic ringtones at the time. The colour screen gives the phone an expensive look, and there are some nice background images supplied. There are also various colour schemes available. One thing I do find annoying though is that you can't ...

Even squeezing the phone gently results in a not-so-reassuring crunching sound. The GD67's SMS/text messaging support leaves a lot to be desired. While you can format messages (bold/italic etc.) and there is a small library of different symbols, I've never made use of the EMS support, you can't send any ringtones or wallpapers ...

I was incredibly skeptical at buying this phone, and changing from my reliable 3310. I bought it for £120 on pay as you go O2. That was about 5 months ago, and it is still going strong. Ever the optimist, let's look at the advantages first, then we can address the disadvantages! The colour screen is excellent, especially at such a great price! If you want to have the latest technology, and not the latest loan this is the phone for you. Backgrounds ...
...it definitely gets a thumbs up from me! The joystick is a real bit of design, incredibly easy to maneuver, and to control. to select an option you just push down on the joystick, simple! The phone has a calendar in it which I find incredibly useful. The image-in cover is nothing that revolutionary, just a clear back cover you can put photos or pics in. It is still quite fun for personalising the phone, i've a picture of a gorilla in the back of ...

Panasonic is the one for me

Advantages: Lightweight and easy to use
Disadvantages: Lengthy instruction manual

Received a Panasonic mobile phone for Christmas. Mine says EB-GD67 so, not being into all the various numbers on mobiles, I'm not sure is even the same phone as the previous reviews for GD67. Dont know if the EB makes any difference, but I'm sure someone will enlighten me. Have previously stuck to Nokia phones because, being old and decrepid, find these the easiest to use. I was told it was purchased from Argos at a cost of £119 and its on the ...
...saw the thick instruction book, I thought this is not for me. I'm a complete dinosaur when it comes to things technical and my heart sank. However, after the initial charge, which didnt take too long as the charger with it was called a fast travel charger, I began to have a twiddle. After a few minutes I had managed to set the clock. Major achievement for me, though I hear all these young, clever people giving snorts of derision. Next on the agenda ...

It's great to have colour

Advantages: colour screen, choice of colour themes
Disadvantages: can't change the front cover

I bought this phone last week on offer for £79.99, it usually costs about £149.99. The phone is packed in a small box along with the battery and instruction manual, it is small and lightweight, has a silver a black front (which unfortunately cannot be changed) but the back of the phone has a transparent cover so you can put image cards in to create your own look, this is one of the reasons I bought it, as I could make my own and change it as often ...

Advantages: I love the changable back cover
Disadvantages: The battery's not so great

...the battery life on the panasonic was not as good as my erricson, but the other features make up for that. (On average, I need to charge it every two days.) I love the colour screen, I keep changing mine from a blue, to purple clock. One of the selling features for me was definatly the changable back cover. I have a few flashing stickers on mine, and a pic of me, my boyfriend, and dad. It's a bit girly I know but why have a nokia like everyone else, ...
...I predict more handsets will soon start being made with this feature. There is no predictive text, but as long as you don't have a long message to send, it doesn't really cause me a problem. The phone is great value for money, and being able to recieve picture messages, and download tones makes it even more competitive. The sound quality is also great, as it doesn't screech when it rings like some phones do. Its also light, and small. I have accidently ...

Panasonic GD67 Mobile Handset

Advantages: Great security features (Helpful when last phone was stolen)
Disadvantages: Slightly slow on response

I have only had my Panasonic GD67 mobile phone for about 5 months now, and I only got it because my Nokia 3210 was stolen. I have never been happier to see something get stolen, this Phone is so much better than the 3210 or any other phone I have used. The phone is very simplistic to use (once you have gotton around the fact that for the same given features on a Nokia, are called something different on the GD67) I would rabble on about the fact that ...
...not interested in such things, I like to know if the phone switches on / off when I tell it to, if it receives its phone calls, etc. I have to say that the phone has been very reliable, it has never crashed like some of its competitor phones, ie. some Sony's. The feature for the phone to switch it self on and off at certain times is great and hugly increases battery life. Mine switchs off at midnight, and switches it self back on a 7am. The menu ...

I brought this phone a few months for about £100 on O2. I decided to buy this phone because it is very small and light, so it was easy to carry around. The back of the phone is transparent and can easily be removed to insert your own pictures into the back.
