Advantages: sexy, sassy and stylish Disadvantages: quite hard to find
...service number through ringing the Panasonic enquiries line and then you can send and receive emails. There is also the ability to record parts of phone conversations just by pressing the "voice memo" button whilst having a conversation. This is very useful for blackmailing people with. Just simply get them to say something they don't want anyone to know, press "voice memo" and you'll have it on tape! Ha ha! The ringtones are another feature of this ... ...load of jargon on the Panasonic GD 92. Also, the harmonic ringtones may be nice but they are a bit quiet and you can easily miss a call if you are out in a busy place. As for the call recording and voice ringer facilities, they would be a lot better if they were for longer than 15 seconds! But perhaps the main downside about this phone is that it doesn't have any games! Oh no, I hear you cry! What is the point in a phone without games!? Well, let ...

Advantages: Light, multi colour display, email, Record your own ringtone Disadvantages: Not a big enough email store
I'll be honest, I HATE NOKIAS, I seem to have very bad luck with them, they are poor on reception, or don't last long, but one thing about them is tue for ALL Nokia users are that they are never unque. The Nokia herd is massive. My university is full of them, most with the same ringtone. What a relife then to find a phone completly different from them. After my compartive brick the s25, this GD92 is fantastic. Its a shame it doesn't share the feature ... ...having weighed it with my friends Nokia 8210, the GD92 is lighter!!! If it didn't have an aerial then its would look great, that saids it doesn't look bad now. It has multi-colour backlight, which can be linked to different numbers stored on its 100 name memory, which can also store email addresses, which can them be used on its email facility, NOT WAP. Its accesses a proper pop3 account, though it can only store the very 150 characters of upto 40 ...

Advantages: Lightweights, Easy to use Disadvantages: Not available on all networks
To this day, this is still amongst one of the lightest and slimmest phones ever made by Panasonic. It weighs only 77grams and was the second lightest phone in the market around July 2001. it is the successor to the gd90 model which was a hugely popular phone due to its size, design and the easy to use interface.
Amongst the exclusive features on this was the abolity to change the colour of the display background between a number of colours which made ... ...very handy when your writing text messages as it saves a lot of time This phone was available to buy on contract on Vodafone and BT cellnet(at the time)for around £30 which wasn't very expensive at all.
To operate the phone is very simply as most of scrolling in the menus is done with the centre button which has up,down, left and right functions. There is also a C button which was cancelling an option,a button to bring up your phonebook and of course ...

The telephone has presented me the husband at date of birth. From the first sight on this telephone surprises huge in a vertical direction the display and it seems, that he promises to show not differently as wide-screen film with a sound Dolby Digital. On weight it can simply be not noted, or to not understand, what is it telephone, instead of toy. Well it or is bad, to judge I do not take, because it is already terrible to think of the future of ... ...a picture, which in the telephone 2 of sort. After registration I see, that the telephone in every possible way attempts to prompt, that in the given moment he attempts to make. All menu are illustrated, the truth to understand, that each of them means not so that simply. But in due course all is acquired, as in the telephone there are algorithms of fast access to any menu through usual pressing of number of the necessary unit. So, having played ...

Subject: Panasonic GD92
- Dual Band (900/1800)
- Dimensions: 118.1 x 40.5 x 16.4 (h x w x d)
In concrete: it's quite small. Practical to carry it with you. Only annoying thing: the antenna sticks out.
- Weight: 77 gr.
Very light! You forget you've got it with you.
- Talk time: 3hrs ; Standbye time 160hrs
These are of course not very relevant numbers. It depends on how it's charged, how much you phone, how old your battery is.... My experience ... ...In normal use it works at least 3 days., and after 5 months of use it doesn't seem to shorten.
- Battery type: Li_Ion
The difference with a classic battery is that you don't have to wait recharge this one until it's flat. Very practical if you're using it in combination with a carkit.
- Alert: ringer or vibration. Vibration is for me a "conditio sine qua non" when I buy a mobile.
- Design: This a very sexy mobile! It's elegant, women love it!

What can i say this has to be the best mobile phone on the Australian market. I have had mine for 3 months now and it has not let me down yet. It has long battery life 110mins talk time and recharges with in 1 hour i find. It is also very much a fashion accessory. It comes it 3 cool collers silver metallic and blue. Not only that but the screen can change between 4 colours. Also included is a 30 sec memo which can be used to record during conversation!! ... ...recordable ring tone!! You want more?? You got it this phone hits u with 20 tones plus 4 composable tones!! The best feature of all has to be that it is so light. So many people have asked about the phone when they see it ( it works as a good conversation starter with the women.. " i like your phone") So go out and but it !! It kills the nokia 8210 in every perspective (apart from in size, but who wants a phone that small anyway??) Also the reception ...

Well I only got my Panasonic GD-92 yesterday so as for reliability I have not had much experience with it yet! Me and my dad both ordered one each on Vodaphone, but because they were both already unlocked so I now have mine on Orange Pay as You Go and my dad has his on Orange Contract. We did this because we both think that Orange is the best network but as Orange dont do the GD-92 it was our only option! I simply keep up to date with both of my sim-cards ... ...use T9 text input if you like!
I was a Nokia-Freek as I have owned a Nokia 5110, 6130, 3210, 6210 and recently an 8210 but I must admit that the Panasonic GD-92 is starting to pull me away from Nokia! Give it a try, you WILL be Impressed! ...

Advantages: Small, light, good reception, polyphonic ring tones, effective recordable ring tone. Disadvantages: Fragile?
I bought my GD 92 in Autumn 2000. Great little phone, light, good reception, long battery life, very entertaining polyphonic ringtones, with long snatches of Bach, Beethoven, Mussorgsky and what-have-you. The recordable ring tone seems to cut through background noise in most places. So what went wrong? Just three months out of warranty, I began having the dreaded blank blue screen, only sorted by removing and replacing the battery, not very useful ... ...the phonebook started playing up, with the scrolling becoming almost unusable. It seems that the phone is a bit too fragile, and the flexing of the case appears to be causing battery and/or SIM connection problems. With the current deals available on new contracts, it's obviously not worth repairing, so it's for the bin. What next? (Update: Just replaced it with an Ericsson T39. So far, perfect... I'll do a review on this shortly.) ...
