We've never had to use this which I suppose says a lot. Panasonic is a name that most people associate with quality. The KX-P7100 made by Panasonic is a brilliant printer because it prints 14 ppm (pages per minute) due to its laser technology and has a built in duplex system for well duplexed pages,saving money and time using only half the usual paper.But now after time the paper has began to jam,crease and fold with added lines from the toner.this may be due to the settings or it could just be general ‘wear and tear’.
