I bought this camcorder in last christmas to take videos for my little daughter. During that time, I have a choice to swtich to hard-drive based camcorder or ordinary MiniDV camcorder. However the price difference is so ridiculously huge. I was persuaded to take this Camcorder with the fantastic freebies.

Needed a new video camera for a work project which involved filming and interviewing a lot of people and as my old camera picked up too much background sound, I wanted a new camera that had an audio jack plug to attach an external microphone to.
