I thought that maybe it was best to wait to place a bet because I thought anything may happen, players might get injured etc. My intuition was subsequently proved correct.
It was about the same time that I started my occasional search to replace my aging CRT TV, preferable before the World cup started in June. It was after assessing and viewing ... ...CRT over those few months that I eventually read some reviews and saw one of these in a shop. My intuition told me that this was the one for me.
TD (Oct 2006) my intuition has again proved to be correct. I've had this TV since mid May 2006 and continue to be impressed with its performance (unlike that of the England team) and design.

Advantages: Great pciture quality. Sharp and clear. Disadvantages: No picture in picture.
...was a smart move by panasonic as it future proofs the set in a way - meaning that u can connect both your Sky box and DVD player / Games Console without having to unplug either.
My only negative point is that it is now listed as having a picture in picture function. Either Panasonic have just added this or websites are getting things wrong. I've looked through the manual and there is no mention of picture in picture. Also - when you bring up the ... ...lost. I would really have liked Panasonic to add a little window to the 7 Day EPG screen so that you can still see what's happening with the current channel that you are watching.
All in all, this is a great set and i would recommend it to anyone. ...

this is a great lcd tv i got mine 2 weeks ago for my bedroom for hd gaming and to wach basic sky viewing
the colour and picture quality is very good even the sound is good as normally on lcd tv's they can be quite poor.

I have owned this television now for more than a year and I haven't regretted buying it once. The picture I get with it is amazing- always clear, never with a blemish. The HD service of it will be excellent for the future. As yet it is showing no signs of weakness and I believe that the television is going to last for a long time into the future.
