The SV-AV10 uses SD memory cards, the super-light storage medium developed for audio, video and computer applications. SD memory cards are about the size of a postage stamp, and offer fast data transfer rates and excellent security. Best of all, SD memory cards can handle multiple formats, so the MPEG4 video and JPEG photos you record on SV-AV10 can be saved on the same memory card. Then, place the SD card in the included USB reader/writer, and save your various files to a PC to store, email, edit and share. Once your files are saved to your PC, you can free space on the SD card, then reuse it.
