I have been using parcelnet for over a year now and they are one of the best courier services I have ever used. So what makes them better than any other? Well in the past I have used Intial City Link, White Arrow, Parcel Force and Business Express and these are not as good, usually because they don't deliver your goods on time, the staff are quite rude and turn up looking miserable, they don't deliver everyday and they sometimes say they have carded ...

Been 17 days since Parcelnet were instructed to deliver a consignment to our residential address. Frankly dealing with a company that does not publish its phone number or answer e-mails should tell you all you need to know. Just as bad is their phantom drop carding as reported on their tracking site. This suggests an attempt was made to deliver and they were "sorry we missed you". i worked for parcelnet uptill recently and i totally agree they dont treat you very nicely if parcels go missing, if you saw they way the parcels get man handled into the courier cages 1st thing in the mornings now wonder parcels go missing, i had 9 missin from my manifest one day and was told to cfwd them but i rang parcelnet and reported them missing,, though they did turn up the nxt day!! but your better to be safe to cover yourself than end up ...

Today, the courier finally tried to deliver my parcel (a week since it's dispatch date, royal mail normally take 2 or 3 days max from the dispatch date) however, he didn't try very hard.
