Advantages: Very relaxing Disadvantages: You must be able to fully relax to be hypnotised

Paul McKenna gave some very sound reasons for stopping smoking along with my own reasons that had made me decide to try and stop.
The Second side of the tape contained the hypnotherapy and I personally found it very hard to be hypnotised as I found it very hard to relax when I was thinking about being hypnotised. The tape is of an average length and it is worthwhile buying. I can't say that I have stopped smoking but that do's ... ...people are harder to hypnotise than others.
I have lent this tape to some of my friends, who have had good results with it.
I will try again, but next time I will try this tape in conjunction with Nicorette patches and hopefully I will have some success. ...

Advantages: Not as expensive as many other treatments. Disadvantages: Suffering nicotine withdrawal
