“Review of Pentax MZ 60”

published 17/07/2005

The fact that it loads the film for you (I could never get the hang of putting film in a camera!) is FAB! This is my first autofocus, (great if you've forgot your specs! and which can be switched to manual focus) and autowind camera. Love the fact there is manual overide so you can experiment. The built in flash isn't too bad either, taken a few intimate gig pictures with mine which were pretty good. I agree about the AV button being a bit awkward, and the fact there is no depth of field button and little info in the viewfinder is frustrating. I have had some good years and pretty decent pictures from mine and am not giving it up for digital just yet. A great first buy for people who want to get started in photography, but can't afford digi SLR's.

It has some great options like being able to switch to different options depending on whether you are taking...
