Advantages: Simple to use and good size Disadvantages: Poor flash and slow autofocus
I received this camera last Christmas and have given it pretty extensive use. Overall I have been pretty impressed with it.
Some Details:
8.1 megapixels - image 3264x2448 at full resolution
-Can fit about 120 images on a 512MB memory card
Images are stored in JPEG
This camera accepts SD and SDHC memory cards
3x Optical Zoom - standard quality lens which retracts when switched off and is protected by a built in lens cover
2.4 inch LCD - the ... ...resolution
No optical viewfinder
Focus:
The camera provides many different focus modes: auto, infinity, macro, pan focus and manual focus. The camera is also capable of face detection.
Flash:
The built in flash has a range of 0.15m to 4.3m
There is a choice between several flash modes: auto, disabled, always on, auto with red eye and always on with red eye.
Exposure:
The camera has an auto-exposure, a program auto and a set of scene modes.

Advantages: attractive, light and portable, ease of use, multiple functions, large LCD display window, Disadvantages: maybe just not as good as the top of the range flashy brands?
Digital cameras are getting cheaper and cheaper these days, and this snazzy machine fits nicely in the "affordable" end of the budget without being too cheap, or too flashy. Reasonably priced, and fantastic value considering the quality of the camera itself. With a massive 8.1 megapixels, the quality of the photos is exceptional, allowing you to take really detailed snaps of anything that takes your fancy. A whopping 11 settings aside from the 2 ... ...it easy to adjust the camera to whatever situation. Within each setting you can adjust the focus with 4 different settings aside from the normal one. There's even a "flower" setting - take pictures of multi-coloured and textured flowers and it's almost guaranteed that you'll keep all of the detail that you can see with the naked eye. It's light and portable, very eary to use, and beginners and intermediates alike can ask for nothing more from a basic ...
