Order two personalised mugs and a mousemat as Christmas presents on the 11th December. Money was taken from my account that day, order confirmed. All that was left was to make sure that I caught the postman within the next four working days in order to take delivery of the items. Well I waited, and waited, and nothing. Then began to get concerned at the number of people who were also waiting for items from them.
