This site is for pet owners (mostly dogs,cats and little furry things) to get info, chat and buy pet foods and other pet type things! I found the site because of a promotion they are doing where they will give you a goody bag for your dog or cat if you register on the site, and I thought it might be a site I would use for food for my dog. But no!, the stuff is way over priced compared to your local supermarket, I though buying online was meant to ...

I will not be purchasing from pet planet again. I ordered some goods, but unexpectedly had to be away from home for 3 nights (Tuesday to Friday). During this time there was two attempts to deliver and a courier card was left saying the goods could be picked up within 5 days. So within the 5 day time period I went to the courier company only to find my goods had been returned on Pet Planets request. I had also been charged for the return of the delivery. ...
...was their policy but they could arrange for another delivery - which I was also to be charged for. I cancelled the order and was expecting a full refund. However I was only refunded the cost of the goods and still charged for both the failed delivery and additionally for the cost of returning the goods to Pet Planet. After calling Pet planet again as a gesture of good will they refunded one of the delivery charges. Leaving me to still pay the other ...

I am a frequent visitor to Pet planet and I have found them to be excellent. Any order I have placed has been with me very quickly. The site is particulary good at stocking all the accessories for products. I have two dogs, two cats and two cockateils so I often have to visit various shops to get everything I need, but no more!!! They have a vast range both in products and price and I have found that all the products are of an extremly high quality. ...

I had tried many carriers out at shows and every time I found one that suited it was followed by it will take x amount of weeks if you want wheels, or x amount of weeks if you want a strap. Great site with a large range of products. I order every month and have found the delivery service to be excellent. The other poster stated that she had problems with the courier but I do not see how Petplanet can be held responsible for the fact that she was away on her specified delivery day. I have always found the customer service staff to be very knowledgable and helpful. Go visit but remember it is easy to spend too much! ...

I have been using this company for the last three years now and find their products to be great value for money, I find that they keep up with all the latest products available and in my opinion usually find their pricing to be cheaper than anywhere else.
