    My dog Joey seems to be quite unusual. Since he first came home to us we have bought him many toys of various descriptions but he only likes a few. He has been given squeaky toys galore, often in Christmas stockings. We all get quite excited when Joey unwraps a parcel (he's very good at that) and seems pleased with the toy and then squeaks it once or twice and then abandons it, only to occasionally walk past, squeak it once and then, nonchalantly walk past.     I was brought up in a household with Yorkshire Terriers when I was younger! Being small dogs they never really were all that into really rough play with their tiny jaws but the largest one, Zach well he loved to play with his rags as we called them and my Mum always bought them from Pets At Home through the years due to her trusting in the quality of them.     Going through my dogs toy box the other day, as I was looking for trashed toys that needed throwing away, I came across this Knotted rope dog toy. I remember when I bought this for Red, it has lasted really well, if a bit grubby in places. So I've decided to review it. ~Knotted rope dog toy~ There really isn't much to this toy, it's basically a bit of rope knotted at both ends, I really can't see what all the fuss is about this toy but Red seems to love it.     When I first got a dog, I was over the moon. As you do with any pet, you plan on spoiling them rotten - showering them with an array of gifts and treats to welcome them into your life. This was no different with my Rolo Dennis Harman, and despite the fact that he was barely bigger than a tennis ball, I bought him lots of lovely toys from 'Pets at Home' and 'Acorns'. One of the toys I bought him was a rope from Pets at Home - that was five years ago. Since then, he's been through many of the exact same toy...     When I got my Border Collie puppy I went a bit crazy on buying him toys and he ended up having a box full of them!! He was a real chewer (as puppies are) and I was getting a little worried about him starting on my furniture until I was recommended by a friend to buy him a toy specially designed for chewing. I went to the Pets At Home store and one of the assistants showed me the Knotted Rope toy and said that it was very popular for pups and playful dogs.     10 months ago, we added a new little member to our family, Pixie the puppy, she is a Shih Tzu with a lot of energy and a very short attention span. Pixie is really spoilt in our house and my fiancé brought her home this Knotted Rope toy from Pets at Home. She loves this toy and it seems to be her favourite game at the moment.     Pets at Home Knotted Rope Dog Toy This has got to be my Mum's dog, Harry. Absolute favourite toy of all time. I guess the main reason for this is because he does love to play and having a tugging game has got to be the most fun ever (both for me and for him). After taking Harry out for a mammoth walk yesterday whilst Mum was working, I got back to her house and just wanted to flop down with a cup of tea. However little Harry had other plans.     My dog has far too many toys. She is very spoilt, for Christmas she always has several presents and throughout the year I am always adding to her toy collection. This knotted rope from Pets At Home is just one of her many toys. Dogs like to gnaw at a variety of items, this helps to keep their teeth healthy and also to give them a form of entertainment.     The knotted rope dog toy is a classic! Found in just about every store which sells dog accessories, it is a must have for every dog owner. My dog has several knotted rope toys, from several shops! However I recently bought him one from Pets at Home when buying his dog food. Quality; .... Pets at home sell the knotted rope toy in several colours which you can choose from. Every owner has a certain colour which they think suits their dog the best!     We just got a new puppy, Eddie, and so a visit to Pets at Home was in order to get him some toys. Playing with a dog in my opinion is one of the most fun things you can do, it not only brings them a lot of joy, it brings you a lot of joy too. It's also great exercise for your little friend and in my opinion really makes a great bond between you and your furry friend, ensures that he turns out to be a nice, friendly, healthy dog.
