PhD Synergy ISO-7

I hadn't tried this product until a while ago and I must say I was extremely impressed. I had been languishing in a physical plateau and this was just the ticket to kickstart me again. One look at the ingredients shows you that it is not kidding around. 37g of protein per serving is a perfect amount, especially post workout, to get some optimal results. That, alongside with creatine, high quality carbs and other nutrients makes it a dream come true ...

I use Synergy 6 days a week. I use it after all of my various workout sessions and runs. It is by far and away the best sports nutition product I use, or have used in my opinion. I bought PhD Synergy first about 2 months ago - when I was starting out back in the gym. It is a great all-in-one product because it has creatine, glutamine, protein, bcaas and a testosterone booster all in one product - which was great for me as a beginner looking at the shelf!
