...**Design and looks**
The Philips 107E76 is certainly not going to win any awards for looks. It is quite a bulky monitor and has a large presence sat on your desk. Indeed, the design is slightly different from many monitors, and yes - beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Sadly, it is not a great piece of artwork in my eyes. However, it is very robust and is extremely sturdy and well built. I think it would take quite a hefty blow to break it! The ... ...of space to sit it on your desk. If space availability is a problem then this monitor is not for you. Fortunately, we have a corner desk and it is able to fit rather snugly in the corner up against the wall.
Overall, the design and looks gets a sturdy, but not eye catching 5/10
