Advantages: Lovely picture, good quality sound, good price Disadvantages: DVD player defective
...was easy, as with all Philips products from past experience. The picture quality is second to none, and sound quality is very good too. The product itself feels well made, and looks good. The screen size is 15" and flat, which again adds to the picture quality.
I put in a DVD and it played well, again I was pleased with the quality of the product, and over the course of the following month (Jan - Feb 2005) we played many DVDs on the TV and had no ... ...I have always bought Philips goods, as we have had continually good service from all of them, without fail, but this has changed my mind! If it was just bad luck on our part, then fair enough, but seeing as many people have had the same thing happen, I think it sounds like a design fault with the unit. I wouldn't recommend buying this product, unless the vendor has a good returns policy..... just in case! ...

I bought this TV not so long ago and its an average TV it does everything you expect it to do but nothing better than any other TV. The sound quality is quite good but once again no better than any other TV I have bought in the past. Exactly the same with the picture quality. I bought this TV for taking around with me like in the caravan etc and for that its perfect small easy to set up it has telly text which is handy when your on holiday for looking ...
