Disadvantages: Poor Support Services

...in Ayrshire and sent to Philips only repair agent in the UK based in Manchester after many letters, phone calls (Philips charged @15p per min) to retailer,repairer and Philips I finally got it back 20th Dec 2006 They extended original warranty by 6 months just as well 2 fault on replacement unit 9th July 2007 was repaired and ready to be delivered back to me 24th July 2007 I have not yet accepted delivery yet even though they have now threatened ...
