I received my Philips 200W6CS yesterday and am pretty happy with it so far, Having a widescreen does make quite a difference to me. The colours seem set more vibrant on this but apart from them being smaller there is really no real difference in the clarity of them compared to the Videoseven screen updated from. I bought a Philips 200W6CS for daily use in a demanding office job where colour and clarity were vital. It functioned perfectly for about 18 months after which the screen went black and refused to come back on. I contacted Philips because the monitor had a 3 year warranty. To be blunt, their aftercare is a total joke for a business user. Unhelpful staff and no desire to solve your problem. After 3 weeks of frustrating phone calls I have just received a replacement monitor which is a refurbished inferior model, and it has come without a base, so I can't use it! I have had unbelieveable headaches due to this mess, and now have a cheaper, inferior monitor. Take my advice, DON'T buy a Philips monitor if you rely on it for your work!

Big Monitor for high resolutions This is definately something you will require on those busy day at work or when ever you wish to play on the highest demand of games out there that are being newly released all the time. i have used this monitor for my experience on games such as doom3 half life 2 and grand theft auto san andreas all of which are very exciting and on such a monitor can be very very rewarding ...
