Philips Brilliance 200W6CS

I received my Philips 200W6CS yesterday and am pretty happy with it so far, Having a widescreen does make quite a difference to me. The colours seem set more vibrant on this but apart from them being smaller there is really no real difference in the clarity of them compared to the Videoseven screen updated from. I have tested the gaming performance and it is much improved on Freedom Force there is only a little loss of focus if you move the mouse ...
...but it does not blur colours or blacks like before, with Prince of Persia WW it's much improved too, Before the Prince had a black afterglow around him now there is nothing I can see. The monitor does have the much talked about Backlight bleeding issue as on the Dell monitors (in all four corners when screen is displaying black) Picture included, and I can that see the black is not true black this was more noticeable in Doom3 as when I first run ...

Review of Philips Brilliance 200W6CS

I bought a Philips 200W6CS for daily use in a demanding office job where colour and clarity were vital. It functioned perfectly for about 18 months after which the screen went black and refused to come back on. I contacted Philips because the monitor had a 3 year warranty. To be blunt, their aftercare is a total joke for a business user. Unhelpful staff and no desire to solve your problem. After 3 weeks of frustrating phone calls I have just received a replacement monitor which is a refurbished inferior model, and it has come without a base, so I can't use it! I have had unbelieveable headaches due to this mess, and now have a cheaper, inferior monitor. Take my advice, DON'T buy a Philips monitor if you rely on it for your work! ...

This is a phillips monitor which isbig. Big Monitor for high resolutions This is definately something you will require on those busy day at work or when ever you wish to play on the highest demand of games out there that are being newly released all the time. i have used this monitor for my experience on games such as doom3 half life 2 and grand theft auto san andreas all of which are very exciting and on such a monitor can be very very rewarding ...
...picture and display. you wiull definately benefit from using this monitor also as of the new and easy to use plug and play facility which makes sing this monitor a reall easy to use pleasure and basically in a couple of words, you should definately have a look at getting this as it is nice for you and the whole family.
