Philips GoGear Jukebox HDD6320 30GB
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by chris_ray

Advantages: Fast load up, excellent battery life, good sound quality.
Disadvantages: Fingerprints show on touch pad, can crash, XP only, basic manual.

...So I went to the Philips website, which helped me out tremendously and I found out all you have to do is push the on/off button to the off position while pressing + on the volume control (Easy). When the player crashes, you do not lose any music files/or settings, its just a case of resetting the unit, so you can play it again. It has crashed twice in the four months I have owned it. The Philips website is generally helpful, though I don't have ... Read review

Not quite what i'd expected of Phillips.
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by Puzzle121

Advantages: incredible sound quality, high volume, adjustable EQ, and sexy looks
Disadvantages: Poor interface, Touchscreen does not function correctly, poor PC coordination and poor support

...very good. This is something Philips are renowned for - and something which throughly shines through with this HDD. The highs are crisp, and the bass notes are well defined - not a blur like with some other players. This quality is accentuated by the bundled headphones, which are well padded in-ear style, and are very high quality - something which would be expected of headphones somewhere in the £30 region (which is alot for in-ear phones). The ... Read review

Not fit for purpose
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by joeyjojoe1971

Advantages: looks nice
Disadvantages: just doesn't work

...with - this effort from Philips bears no comparison to the Apple i-Pod whatsoever. Most people will find themselves looking at this player as an alternative but to honest this is not worth bothering with. I first bought this after my 30 gig 4th gen i-Pod died and I felt that Apple was not going to get any more of my money. I purchased this from Amazon as it was discounted by nearly £100 so I thought "How bad could it be?" right? Wrong. This product ... Read review

Just buy an iPod
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by Toneystarks

Advantages: Nicely designed mp3 player
Disadvantages: Poor documentation, uses Windows Media Player, doesn't work for me

...will be referring to the Philips mp3 player throughout this review as "PMMP", an acronym for "Poor Man's Mp3 Player". After my Creative Zen Touch failed on me, I was looking for a new mp3 player and came across a deal for a refurbished version of the PMMP. I'd read one or two initial bad reviews and wasn't incredibly enthusiastic about the prospect of transferring files using Windows Media Player, but was swayed by the cheap price and the thought ... Philips Gogear 30gb HDD6320/05
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by gd2000

Advantages: Lightwieght, great Battery life, quality sound, supersize music and picture storage
Disadvantages: easily scratched, no reset button

This is a great MP3 player. lets not joke around here pound for pound against an ipod this is 100% better value for money. I have to be honest and say I will not go into real detail on features here other reviews might be a little more helpful there. What I will say is that this item is simple straightforward to use and has a groovy touch sensitive face and some nice sound enhancment options. On the downside though the screen is very easily marked ... Read review

Ignore the "iPod" Review
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by KRaven33

Advantages: Actual Mp3 music in MASS Quantities, Cool/Smooth Controls
Disadvantages: Maybe 1cm thicker than most players, but its 30 Gigabytes!

Nice interface, very elegant controls, looks great, sounds great, holds TONS of music and pictures! An all-around awesome player! I even recorded some nice Arabic news and music while in Iraq! Crystal clear AM/FM radio reception, one thing not mentioned here. Use it for dictating notes (stores into .wav files) and easy to manipulate. Also, RAW MP3 FILES!!! No messing around with download Apple services! THAT was worth it all, right there. ACTUAL MP3s ... Read review

Stylish, easy to use and great sounding
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by esteban1985

Advantages: looks fantastic, esy to use and great sound
Disadvantages: a little on the large size, gets mucky easily

This is an ultra stylish MP3 player, in my view the best looking one available today. Its perfect black finish makes it look stunning and the buttons light up as you move your finger over them, when i first got it i spent hours just moving my finger over the scroll bar watching the purple light come and go. As for the actual MP3 part of the player it is extreamelly easy to use, literally plug into your computer and open up a medi player, any media ... Read review

Philips HDD1635
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by Bigmancat

Advantages: small, holds a ton of music
Disadvantages: just does not work as advertised

I have a Philips HDD1635, it is a total peice of SHIT! I will NEVER buy another product from them. Plays for sure........that is why I bought it, I thought I could easily download all my music from media player to it. How wrong was I? Error messages that solutions could not be found, calling their help desk was a joke. I have finished a pc repair course and am very computer savvy. This product plain and simple does NOT work as they claim. It is total ... Read review

Philips HDD6320 30gb MP3
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by supersash

Advantages: easy to use
Disadvantages: battery life is VERY limited

...USA for $50 each. Philips wont sell replacement batteries and will only replace the batteries themselves at a service centre.... at what expense??? While they were working they were great but the service stinks. Batteries should last more than twelve months.... my children are very upset that their MP3 players no longer play I would not recommend them to anyone. If you do buy them take out the extended warranty. They must be timed to die just after ... Read review

philips hdd6320 - sexy!
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by the_dumb_waiter

Advantages: looks fantastic, great sound quality
Disadvantages: a bit big, ear phones keep falling out

this thing looks so cool! it has a flat, polished black touch-sensitive with blue backlight! run your finger up and down the 'sensory touchpad SuperScroll' the blue light follows your movement - it looks like Tron! its really easy to use, but i have a tendency to tap the centre of the scrollpad when trying to select - which does nothing! the select button is the arrow to the right of the scrollpad - not problem really! the sound quality is really ... Good but large
Review of Philips GoGear HDD6320 30 GB by 01nickc

Advantages: Great Sound quality
Disadvantages: size

When I first bought this Philips MP3 Player I was amazed at how big it was, I was thinking it would be a bit smaller than this> But I saw past this and I found that this MP3 Player is very easy to use. I also noticed that Philips had changed the headphones because in previous models the headphone were rubish and would not stay in your ear. The display on the screen is very good and clear. This is highly recommendable to anyone. I also find the battery ... Read review
