    I have a lot of DVDs at home, but I didn’t have a decent DVD player, so I watched them on my computer. Last Christmas I visited my local Comet and came across a sale. I spent £29.99 on a Philips DVD player. About Philips: Philips is a commonly known name for Royal Philips Electronics. It was founded by Gerard Philips and his father in Netherlands in 1891.
