Philosophy

...my second year of my philosophy degree at Kent in September, and at the moment I am really enjoying it. The course suits me down to the ground. I like to think and reason (and generally feel intellectually superior to others) and the course enables me to do all of this. The way that the University structures its course is 8 units split over two terms which allows you to chose a wide variety of courses. There are then some course from your degree ...
...these are Metaphysics and Ethics. (Metaphysics I loved, Ethics I didn't enjoy as much - it was my least favourite subject). However, the freedom to choose the subjects you want to do is great. You can tailor your degree to suit you. I even ended up doing a course on fairy tales which I really enjoyed and which also counts towards my degree. ...
