I always use this in the summer when i am lying in the garden sunning myself or when i go on holiday. The great thing baout this stuff is that it has beta carotene in it which is an orangy brown colouranr which not only make you look browner when you put it on it also enhances your tan as you get it. This product is mainly aimed as people who don't easily burn, i myself get away wiht just wearing a factor 2.
