    Great balls of dough One of my favourite starter dishes in Pizza Express are their famous dough balls and now you can serve these dough balls up in the comfort of your own home. Dough balls are just what they sound like, little balls of baked dough. They are round obviously and are bout the size of a golf ball. What I love about them is that they outside is quite hard and then when you bite into them they have a lovely chewy doughy centre. The dough is amazing and light and has a lovely taste to it.     I've been to Pizza Express quite a few times over the last couple of years since a new restaurant opened up in my hometown. Almost everytime I go there I always order the dough balls as a side, and me and whoever I am there with always have a bowl of them in the middle of the table with some butter that we can dip them in. I love them every time and even though they are quite plain, simple and basic, I find them delicious and always enjoy them.
