Using this headset means that it is possible for me to do other things such as the ironing while talking on the phone, so saves me a lot of time. The audio quality is fine, and as far as I know, the microphone quality is just as good as usign a handset. This comes with three different sizes of loop to go over your ear, so almonst everyone should be able to wear it.
