When this headset arivved I was excited. I was really looking forward to being able to walk around while I talk to my clients. There are a number of positive and a few negative qualitys. The unit takes a very long time to charge fully. I use it for three hours and it takes over an hour to recharge. The unit has only one way to mute, this is probably the most annoying aspect of the design. A small button one the bottom of one side of the unit is pushed to mute.
