    Where shall I start? My first and only experience with Plumbworld has been brilliant. After umm'ing and arr'ing over whether to use them for a few weeks, a few recent reviews had changed my mind and persuaded me to give them a try... I have not regretted it! Every step of the transaction went smooth, with me fully informed of everything. I am currently overhauling my kitchen (at my Husbands expense) so I ordered a gorgeous sink along with taps and whilst I was at it, replaced a few taps in other rooms of the house, with my overall spend coming close to £600.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Wouldn't mind a phone... But email proved to work fine! (Not really a disadvantage).

    Some people seem to have it in for this company (based on some other review sites), but I've used them on several occasions now and each time their service has been flawless (including customer service which is allegedly their 'weak point'). When my bathroom was being re-done, I purchased a variety of products from Plumbworld's online shop; all of them came within the delivery period stated (ordered Monday, came Wednesday!).     I bought a front/side panel and an end panel. One of these is faulty and they do not match. You can only contact customer services by e- mail (their phone line has a recorded message saying they do not accept telephone calls!). I have been having the most nonsensical email conversation with them for a couple of weeks now and because I am obviously never going to get two matching panels all I want now is for them to take them away and refund my money.     100% amazing. I purchased a shower a year ago from Plumbworld with no problems at all, a year on, the wife wants me to get the same shower in the other bathroom. (I should mention that customer service helped me get a part that I accidently broke when fitting the previous one!). So, I proceeded to order the exact same model and again I was met with the 'perfect' online shopping experience.     Plumbworld.co.uk is one of the biggest online bathroom retailers that I have found with a comprehensive list of big name suppliers and a fairly straightforward website. There prices are low, there delivery is not too expensive and their descriptions and product specification is spot on. They are almost brilliant. Until you come to try and buy something from them! My experience of the company beyond the website has been a rocky road.     I've dealt with this company on many occasions and felt it was worthwhile to give the public my two cents on Plumbworld. In my 10+ purchases with them, I've never been let down once (only by the delivery company who were awkward with delivery times - however, this company has changed since my first order!!). I use them for everything I need in regards to plumbing; bathroom fittings, kitchen sinks, radiators, you name it, they have it and at a very affordable price.     Recently refitted my bathrooms and orded a lot of sanitary ware, towel rails, shower screen, shower tray etc from Plumworld, victoria plumb, bella bathrooms and amazon.Must say Plumbworld was very attractive on prices but very poor in customer service. If things go right there is no problem.In my case however, first the delivery was delayed with no confirmation of when it will be delivered again. Recd a phone call from the delivery driver 10 min before they arrived. (3days after it was supposed to)The toilet pan had a hairline crack which was obvious only when it started leaking after ... more

    I was very satisfied with my first dealing with Plumbworld that I was happy to use their services again and I have not been disappointed. The goods I ordered were exactly as advertised and the delivery was without hitch - even the courier was friendly and helpful when I spoke to him.     Mt experience of using Plumbworld at first was great when I ordered a bathroom extractor fan from them. It was delivered promptly and no issues of purchasing the product. After my husband installed the fan (we have previously bought and installed the exact same fan in another bathroom so he knew what he was doing) the fan was not working. After finding NO customer services telephone number I had to contact them by email - which resulted in up to a 3 day wait for a response, I was told that WE would have to contact the manufacturer of the product OURSELVES, speak to them about the problem and ... more

    The frist section of the review is based upon my experience with this company followed by a review of the website itself. I purchased numerous items from the plumbworld website on the 31st July 2011. Whilst most of the items arrived in good condition the bath I had ordered was of the wrong type and was missing the legs - an integral part. I proceeded to try and ring plumbworld however the telephone number they provide "is not used for customer service" so there is no way to physically speak to anyone regarding my problem.
