...I'd get more from this product but I have to say the novelty value has definitely worn off; I was surprised to find I knew my body more than I thought and was already working at the limits suggested. I would totally agree that beginners in the gym need to be aware that a stroll on the treadmill at 5.5 for 20 minutes 3 times a week is not going to get you fit.
