I got the Joy Cam as a gift from relatives at Christmas. I have been put off buying instant cameras in the past because of the high costs for the film, but when you figure it out, it comes to around the same price as a normal camera when you add in developing costs, film costs, etc. The actual camera is very easy to use. The film literally pops in, and it can be used straight away! There is a battery in the instant film which charges the flash. When ... ...case of pressing the bright red button, and pulling the photo out the camera by pulling a black cord. It even has a sticker with instructions on it on the bottom of the camera! Watching as the black screen develops into a full colour photo is part of the fun! Because they develop instantly there is no more waiting to get the photographs back from a developing shop! ...
