Advantages: good taste and it works!
Disadvantages: a bit expensive but all energy drinks are, old style package.

powerade is in my view simply the best sports drink currently on the market, it is available in lots of different flavours including mountain blast, orange and lemon and lime. These are not all of them and you will find some more down at any half decent food outlet. How crazy are the powerade people? This drink is mad, its blue!! Like totally bright blue!!! Have you ever thought what this stuff must do to you're insides? Nah, tastes waaaay too good!!! I bought this in a mad panic this morning before an exam as it was the only non cola based drink (and fizzy stuff like that gives me hiccups - I don't wanna annoy my neighbour for 3 hours now!) that I could find in the vending machine. Powerade Mountain blast is a strange coloured drink the liquid is blue. Which is very diffrent it looks amazing and that is what made me purchase this drink.
