I myself have been to 2 of the Prezzo outlets a number of times- those in Haywards Heath and Chichester- and had a completely different experience in both. I'm a big lover of Italian food, and am pretty spoilt for choice where I live for choices of places to go - Prezzo, Zizzi, Ask, Pizza Express..... A friend booked for a group of us to go out to celebrate my birthday so we were very dissapionted to be met with awful service, very average food,unhelpful staff and a very large bill (with a 25% service charge already added) which we did not pay! They also tried to charge us for a starter which we had not ordered and the dessert that 2 of us ordered was presented looking like it was the left overs from someone elses plate!
