Excellent

Healthier, good value for money, clean and safe.

The popcorn goes EVERYWHERE!

On my birthday last year, as well as lots of great presents, my parents let me have all my friends round for a sleepover! I was so excited, and straight away, my best friend and I began to plan everything. We went shopping and bought food, rented some films, and invited all our close friends over...

Diet friendly quick snack

Can end up everywhere!

I would never have considered buying a popcorn maker... I assumed it would be one of those things that sound all exciting... gets used continuously for a month then gathers dust at the back of the cupboard, but I was SO wrong! My brother was offloading stuff before moving and offered me this...

“Popping fun”

Its shaped like a duck

Never quite pops the lot

Last year for christmas my eldest daughter really wanted one of the toy ready, steady, cook popcorn machine that sell at around £30. Being the mean mum that I am, I refused and bought this one instead for 2 main reasons: a) I refuse to pay £30 for a toy one when I can pay £14.50 for a real one...

PRIMA POPCORN MAKER I bought this a couple of years back and paid a tenner for it in a sale. The kids absolutely adore the popcorn from it, and this normally comes out when they have sales at school. We make popcorn boxes and they sell it for 10p a box. Also it is a very handy accessory to have...

Never tastes the same as the cinema's

My daughter wanted one of those kiddie versions but it was so flimsy and I was told they had said it took 20 mins for it to pop. So my mom brought here this one: ITs called the Prima Popcorn maker. It has a great see through lid and hatch. The base is a custard yellow. I like the design. It looks...

“low fat but low taste”

published 14/06/2001

low fat, quick to make

tasteless on it's own

I love popcorn, and would probably quite happily eat nothing else! I got this popcorn maker as a gift years ago because of this. All you need is a power socket, a bowl and some popcorn kernels. You put about a palm-full of kernels into the top, switch it on, and it heats the kernels and voila...

fun, low-fat, convenient

noisy

I've always loved popcorn, but I hate the hassle of heating up oil in a saucepan, and I find that microwave popcorn can be very greasy as well as very expensive. So, I took the plunge and spent £15 on a Prima popcorn maker. This machine pops the corn by means of hot air rather than oil, so it is...

A fast and fresh snack

The popcorn can get everywhere

I love popcorn, especially salted. But when I started my diet I found that I couldn't have any of the popcorn that were sold in the shops or at the cinema as they were all full of fat and calories. Then I discovered the Prima Popcorn maker which makes healthier popcorn in minutes (3mins approx)...

Cant think of any

This is one of my favourite kitchen essentials now. I have always been a big fan of popcorn but untill recently was a little lost on how to actually get my own popcorn. This machine makes it so easy and you never need as much corn as you think. After buying a bag of corn from your local...
