Disadvantages Messy to use
I print out alot of things on my home PC so when I saw refills I thought I would try them They are available in two backs, Black and coloured. I bought both. The pack states that it is compatable with over 1000 printers and faxes. What you get: In the black pack you get 30ml of black ink 30ml of flush A syring A handled Screw A plug In the couloured you get the smae but to replace the black ink you get 30ml Blue ink 30ml Red ink 30ml Yellow ink. Disadvantages Offering items as available for next day when not even in stock
I ordered a popular toner cartridge on next day delivery. I used my credit card to complete the purchase an the item appears on my statement, so payment has definately been made. There was no delivery the next day nor the day after that, infact no delivery at all. After contacting them they admitted that they do not have the item in stock, so cannot reasonably offer next day delivery. They have outdated information about postal strikes and it seems they give teh same attention to their web site as they do to their customer service. Advantages Fast free delivery
Disadvantages Non existant Customer Services
I have used Printerinks for quite a few years now and found them to be a pretty ok company with their fast and free delivery but when it comes to customer services, oh boy do they fall flat on their face. I recently ordered a cartridge for my HP Ink Jet Printer and when it arrived I found out that it was faulty. I e-mailed their "contact us" help desk asking how I went about getting a replacement or a refund but received no response. I tried e-mailing them another couple of times with the same result. I used them once, and everything was fine, the inks arrived quickly, were decently prices, and worked well. HOWEVER! I ordered again on 26/08/2008, and STILL have not received anything on the 2nd October. More worrying is I haven't had any replies to my messages. My emails are ignored... They did of course take the £36 straight away. My advice is don't use these guys. You might be lucky and your stuff turn up, but if it doesn't what are you going to do?!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I bought inks and paper month ago, the paper never arrived, the inks quality was unacceptable, I couldn't print a page of text without problems, They meant to be epson products but they were not, epson printers simply don't accept them. I sent the stuff back and now I've been trying to contact them, no answer, no refund, I wasted 85GBP, USELESS!!! anybody knows how to get my money back?! firstname.lastname@example.org

I was totally ripped off by PrinterInks.com. I ordered an ink cartridge from them in April. They cashed my cheque but I did not receive the cartridge. I emailed them nearly a month later and told them that I was still waiting. They answered saying it would arrive in a few days. It didn't. I have sent several emails since then but they have been ignored. I have given up trying. But I feel a bit annoyed with myself for getting ripped off. We have been waiting over 6 weeks for a printer part that was supposed to be in the post within 24 hours. I wouldn't mind if they said "sorry, we don't have it". We called printerinks.com several times waiting on average 20 minutes to get through. We won't be using them again. In my opinion it's been a complete waste of time. We have now started the refund process, can't wait to see how long that will take. Our advice, would be to stay away and go to anyone else. In summary, they don't have enough people to answer the telephones

Disadvantages long wait for products that don't work
I have had the same experience as the previous reviewer...the worst customer service I've ever come across. They took 2 weeks to send a condescending answer to our first email when the cartridges they sent would not work in my printer and then no reply at all to the follow up email. I have called them today and waited 15 mins for the call to be taken. I was then spoken to in a condescending manner, the agent told me to try each of the 9 cartridges ordered, when I said that I've already tried 4 that don't work and requested my money back, the agent reiterated that I should try them all. I made a mistake ordering; which i only noticed on reciept of my order confirmation - i emailed in about a minute after ordering and cancelled the order - over a month later (three weeks to first repsonse) and they've not refunded my money and i'm still waiting for any action. They suggested i take it up with trading standards!? i again with other reviews.... CUSTOMER SERVICES DON'T EXIST
