Ive updated this opinion, but have left my original in place at the bottom. In feb this year I sold my Legend and bought a rather sporty Fiesta 1600 sport. Due to some little git, I only had the pleasure of driving it for 10 miles because they stole it after only 8 hours of ownership. After 12 years with Direct Line, I changed to Privilege, same company, cheaper price. My wife had a no fault accident, tried to speak to someone on a mobile phone following the accident, constantly being passed around, left for over four and a half hours on the side of the road waiting for the car to be recovered. The phone bill exceeded £7.00, problems getting through to customer services, as per other reviewer's comment's, kept being passed around ...

Rang Priviledge on their 0800 number and within 20 mins had a quote that undercut everyone else by £150. The call centre staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I gave them my debit card number and everything was done there and then. No form filling and no cover note while they waited for proof of no claims bonus. My insurance documents arrived ...
