Advantages: Great gameplay and very enjoyable - with an unbeleivable price tag (£4) Disadvantages: None at this price!
...constant battle between fifa and Pro Evo, and i only bought this game as it came as a bundle with my 360. However, it was certainly this game that turned me into a pro evo lover and away from the safety of Fifa.
Of course Fifa has all the licences of teams, players and stadiums and therefore has any team you can want from Manchester United to Luton. Yet, in my opinion it is not up to the level of gameplay and enjoyment you can get from Pro Evo soccer ... ...now and there is already Pro Evo 7 out, but i would advise buying this because it is not only a great game and there is not much improvement up to the next in the series, but it is also very cheap and can be bought for about £4 from Game - an absolute bargain!

Teams:
Probably the greatest dissappointment with this game ironically coincides with the greatest step forward. On one hand, some teams have FINALLY been given license for use of real ... ...not a complete list. Normally this isn't a problem, however, the 360 version has decided NOT to include an Edit feature. So now you are always stuck with the standard teams and players. Everyone fanatical about football games know what it feels like to have customised players such as you and your friends playing for top teams. And to a basic standpoint, it would be nice to edit in teams not included in the game **hint hint Leicester City hint hint**. ...

World class and now I'm looking for a WAG. Well, I will settle for Willing And Greatful. My wallet isn't as stretched as the stars of the Premiership, though it could fair well in the conference league, so long the WAG's can peel a half time orange, that is.
It's arrived PES 6 for the Xbox 360 and I'm a big fan of Konami PES games.
Introduction
----------------
For all those Konami PES 5 champs, who are wondering where to find a WAG, think again ... ...some more fine tuning, yet again. One thing for sure if you did find a WAG, you cannot play this game with her, her long finger nails are a big performance handicap. Splitting and nail insurances can be costly, especially if your a conference "wallet player" like me. If you are a spouse of a WAG (Wink And Grab) becareful for doing dummy step-overs and quick heading movements in your sleep. Injury claims would not make this Xbox 360 game worth while. ...

...make it clear whether the pro evolution 360 is a failed or successful soccer game. Well what actually do you expect from the X360 version, will be like its competitors play station 3 and wii.
How did I get in contact with the game? Well that is a very nice question. I have been hearing about the pro evolution 2007 on these new generation consoles and thought that it would be masterpiece to compare with its predecessors like the first X box and PS2 ... ...was being played. Oh that's pro evo ps2 that was what I said to the hearing of the freaks playing the stuff. But I turned back on the game later to get a response from one of the players by saying you got it all wrong, this is the almighty and the long awaited pro evolution with a smile on his face. I turned back to have a second look at the game well never had the prying eyes at the first instance. You mean this and went back in silence for about ...

...is the Japanese version while pro evolution is the English version. But to make the review simple, winning eleven is better than the pro evolution because it has some additional features like the game replay, the fastness and even in graphics.
Lets get back to the game play. Just like I was writing, the game play came with some features of disappointment. The players are very slow, the commentary very dull and the rest of them. Well from time, pro ... ...for the reason that the game was released in these fantastic new consoles. Well I think of looking for the whining eleven version because that is where I will get the desired game play
On the other hand, let me write good on the game play. Despite the sluggish movement of the players, there are other good features that are going to be pinpointed in the game despite the sluggish game play. In term of the game animations, it is done brilliantly well ...

We finally get Pro Evolution Soccer on a next gen system, and it's not the game it should have been. In fact, it's quite a big let down. Granted, I've only had the Pro Evolution Soccer 6 XBox 360 game for just over a week (as my local shop started selling them early), but as I've been a massive Pro Evo fan for years, I very quickly came to notice what's changed, and more importantly what's missing. Especially considering the PS2 version (which my ... ...having only had it for a week I know there's still a lot to see, and only time will tell if there are still any glitches to take advantage of for scoring easy goals. Although the missing features are a huge disappointment, it's still Pro Evo, and it still rules. ...

...big step forward with the Pro Evo series of games. However although there is much more to praise in this version, it does have a few drawbacks which I certainly hope will be rectified in the next edition.
All the usual game features are there, the WEFA Championship, The League, and of course The Cup and they are just as good if not better than they were in the processor. The incentives are there all the big name teams and players are there, but ... ...play for your team. In Pro Evo 5 my son and I created ourselves El Marco ( my son ) and Donzaldo ( me ), we were so looking forward to playing the better game with us in our own created team. NOT going to happen, the create a team option has been removed to, this means the only options are to play with one of the teams available, and then change one of it's players who might slightly resemble us. Not very good but it would have to do.

:::::::::::: Overview ::::::::::::
Pro evolution soccer 6 is the sixth game of the series (I would not of guessed that). It is the first version released onto a next generation console, but has it evolved into a better game? Or has it just had a face-lift to look better, lets find out!
:::::::::::: Game Features ::::::::::::
Before we get into all the technical stuff, I guess the best thing to do is to get all the features out of the way. So here ... ...as most people who buy pro evo will want to change the teams that have been spelt wrong, as not all teams are fully licensed which causes a bit of confusion when trying to select the team that you want to be.
Another major disappointment is the lack of the PES Shop, this was a great feature in the other versions of the game, and it allowed you to purchase new footballs and new stadiums to play with and in. With this missing, there is not really ...

Advantages: Lovely graphics, Quality gameplay, Will keep you playing for months Disadvantages: No online Co-Op, Unable to save replays, No licensing for full naming of clubs
Pro evolution soccer 6 is the latest installlment and has come out across most platforms. As is the trend with the Pro Evo games the gameplay itself is amazing and as ever in my opinion it beats the latest Fifa game hands down.
If you have never played a pro evo game before but like your football then I could not recommend any other game outside of the pro evo series.
There are a few bug bares however with this game which I struggle to understand, ... ...course there is a new Pro Evo in the pipelines, this one though is to be called Pro Evo 2008 I believe, although I think this is yet to be confirmed. It is due for release on the usual platforms but interestingly is also due for release on the Nintendo Wii and there are a lot of rumours that Nintendo may release some anklet controllers so that you can actually kick the ball etc, Which should be pretty cool. I am unsure as to a release date yet but ...

Advantages: More Free then ps2, better graphics too Disadvantages: no Random Selection option
I played Pro 6 on the 360 at and exhibition jus a week ago, and I've played every single PES game in the past except the Japanese Winning Elevens which are virtually the same, and I find the X-box 360 version of Pro 6 to be much more free and open in gameplay and the graphics are substantially better then the PS2 graphics.
Changes from PES 5 on PS2 to PES 6 on 360 include. The menus are very stylish and more 20th century.
There are many new licenses ... ...and improved from the last Pro Evo 5 on PS2 where Rooney and Christi and a load of other players weren't recognised as good and are now much better statistically. You can actually run past players with pass and a good direction, which was almost impossible in Pro Evo 5 on PS2 and its actually much easier then PES 6 on PS2.
Negotiations are simplified and quite varied.

PES or Pro Evolution Soccer 6 is the king of all football games. It has great realism for a start which much better graphics than on the other consoles. First off though I must mention the fact that the PS2 version and Xbox 360 version is different e.g. no training skills that you can complete which I think is a huge let down as I really enjoyed this in the older versions and it was also a good way to learn new skills and improve yourself. For example, the slide tackling is much imporved and it allows the tackler to retain possesion of the ball after making the tackle. The speed of the game is also slower, this is one down fall, despite the game being slower, the player control is harder. Possession is lost much more easily, but surely that is just a consequence of improved tackling!!?

Advantages: Best football game ever. Disadvantages: Poor graphics
If tennis is the sport of Kings, then Football is the sport of Gods.
As one of the worlds most popular sports, the amount of Football titles that have been released is countless.
But of all of them, 1 has always been talked of as the best ( just don't tell FIFA fans).

1-0 or 2-0 games are common.
Like real football the trick has always been to try and chip away at the defence and find away though.

Ok, in my eyes pro evolution soccer (pes) is the best football game on the market for modern games consoles like the plantation and xbox 360, And as a faithfully follower of the pes series I've witnessed its development from its fledgling days on the Playstation 1 when it consisted of a 22 oddly named stickmen to its next generation graphics system and improved player licensing that it has now. This game shows great potential for XBOX 360 users, but seemed a little incomplete regarding the finer details of gameplay. Whilst the new menu setup is eye catching and simple to navigate, the actual gameplay graphics seem a little lack-lustre.
