...perfect. Aside from these gripes, Project IGI is a very good game and provides a challenge even on the easy setting. However, there may be a patch released to upgrade the software and allow a save game facility. This will make things a whole lot easier but perhaps that would be a pity in a way. ...just bought one. I've just bought Project IGI and have played it non-stop. Having been a devoted fan of the Rainbow Six series, for a while now, I was just dying to get more action! Unlike the mediocre Delta Force Land Warrior, this is definately welcome change. Where Delta Force fails, IGI wins....by the way this happens to be in almost every gaming aspect available. The view distance is amazing, with mountains stretching off for literllaly miles. You can even go on a little hike up them if you wish! Advantages: One of the best
Disadvantages: Can be slow on low end machines

Project IGI is probably on of the best FPS games on the market, I can say that it is very close to, but not better than the best which if Half-life. This game puts you into some very detailed environments with real weapons (mini mi is the best). The sounds of the weapons are excellent and the AI of the enemy is quite good, as usually the enemy are quite dumb. This has to be the best, most realistic, playable FPS/RPG game ever. Brought to us by Eidos and Innerloop studios, it feel's like the real thing. Set in the modern day with maps in snow, mountains and desert terrain this game has a good mix of missions. With a convincing storyline backed up by good cinematic clips in between missions. Well what a great idea for a game... some dudes have stolen a nuclear weapon...nice to see the guys at Eidos are really pushing there writers into original plots(!) So what would make the game stand out from a fairly overused plot? What a fantastic game. After just finishing it I have to say that this is the best game I have played this year (along side of Escape from monkey Island). Spanning 14 missions, with an average level size of 20 Kilometres and whole host of weaponry what more can you ask!.
