Unit won't work with my media player which works ok with my other NAS. The latest R4 firmware doesn't see my UPS which works fine with the R3 firmware. Worst thing is that I sent emails to the support and was given a few solutions but none of them worked. My email was then ignored after I told them the problems again. Sadly this company just doesn't support their product. The worst thing a company can do. Buyer beware or you will be sorry. ...
