I have often wondered as most must have what your friend you speak to most days is like in the flesh. We share gossip, Secrets, opinions, And general stuff about ourselves.     Hot on the heels of Sheena's (sgathach) review on same subject, The Proposed Ciao Meet which is taking place on the 19th of August 2006, In Glasgow. I will first of all give the important details of the meet and then mention some of the places people may be interested in, as some people may be visiting the city for the first time! Following the full of fun weekend we had in Glasgow last August I thought it would be a good idea to plan a meet on the east coast of Scotland and posted a little bit on my about me a couple of months back to see if anyone would be interested in meeting up in Dundee on the weekend of 30th June.     If you want to know I have a picture on facebook, although University educated and have some money behind me. Ok this is besides the point and am being hard on myself slightly. Also, I am a slightly random person not looking for fun with anyone, although I just am writing this review for a few reasons. If you are feeling brave, you can challenge me to a game of one on one football in a park. For a few minutes at least it will prove half interesting.     Deep in the heartlands north of London is a wide expanse of wilderness called East Anglia. Deep in the hidden depths of this wondrous land dwell numerous Ciao members. Each has their own life but all are linked by their membership of Ciao. Could it be that these people should meet? Could it be that others from out of the area might be interested in meeting the residents of our fair East Anglia. Then let's see what we can do about it.     Dear fellow Ciao'ers, back at the beginning of March me and another member (Playgirl27-Lou) proposed a Ciao meet in Manchester on Saturday June 3rd, it gathered a lot of interest and I am pleased to say it is definitely going ahead.     I have never myself been to a Ciao meet. I have read several post-meet reviews and have felt I probably missed out on quite a unique experience. So instead of waiting for one to be organised near to home docpov aka David, and I, are arranging one in the East Anglia area. It will hopefully be an opportunity to put a face to some writers whose reviews I have often read and enjoyed and also to put a proper name to some familiar nom de plumes.
